Person Specification We're looking for an experienced building or facilities management professional who can quickly assess priorities, build relationships and provide confident leadership within a fast-paced environment. You will ideally possess: Proven experience in a Senior Building Manager, Facilities Manager or Interim FM leadership position. Strong client-side facilities management experience. Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety, contractor management and M&E maintenance. Experience managing both hard and soft FM contracts. A track record of operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with executive-level stakeholders. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience within multi-site, corporate office or mixed-use property portfolios. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
