- Successful candidate will take ownership of 40 commercial properties a mixture of offices, retail shops and a number industrial units, as well as a number of studio flats within the business
- Monitoring financial performance including ROI and enhancing asset value
- Cashflow forecasting
- Reviewing service charges

- Supporting purchases with the board of Directors
- Managing rent reviews
- Dealing with lease extensions
- Managing retail property to ensure empty properties and manage commercial relationships
