A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established and growing construction business with an exciting portfolio of projects across Scotland.We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects for a range of established clients.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple projects.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on role for a Contracts Manager who enjoys being involved in the detail of project delivery, while also taking a strategic view of programme, commercial performance and client relationships.
You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standards.
The role will primarily be based in Scotland, with occasional travel and overnight stays required typically around one day per week working away from home.
