The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and managing a busy blue-collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines.

You'll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.

We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable)
• A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach
