Maintenance Plumber - Bethlem Hospital, 220 per Day, start asap, basic DBS
Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber for min 1 month assignment at Bethlem Hospital.
- Location: Bethlem Hospital
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Rate: 220 per day
- Parking: Free on-site parking
The successful Plumber will be carrying out maintenance works within a hospital environment and must have previous maintenance experience.
Duties will include:
- Tap replacements
- Pipe repairs and replacements
- Sink replacements
- Valve replacements
- Using freeze kits and press fit guns
- Water treatment duties
- Legionella (L8) compliance works
Requirements:
- Valid, in-date Basic DBS check (essential)
- Recognised plumbing qualification
- Previous maintenance plumbing experience
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Ability to work independently in a live hospital environment
