We re looking for an experienced and highly organised Estates Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for our growing portfolio of residential properties across children and adult social care.

It is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring that our homes are safe, compliant, well maintained and genuinely great places to live and work.

As we continue to grow, the Estates Manager will oversee the complete property lifecycle, from identifying and preparing new properties for registration through to ongoing maintenance, statutory compliance, refurbishment and capital projects.
Location: East Midlands Multi-Site Role
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am 5pm
Planned Start: January 2027

What We re Looking For
We re looking for someone who combines strong technical property knowledge with excellent organisation, commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
You may currently be working as an Estates Manager, Property Manager, Facilities Manager, or Compliance / Estates Lead.
Experience within children s residential and adult social care, healthcare or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
