The Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
• Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure successful lets
• Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
• Work closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities and occupancy levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to maximise referrals and results

Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' experience within a Lettings Negotiator role
• Driven, proactive, and target-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Career-minded with a desire for long-term progression
• Positive attitude and strong team-working mentality
• Full UK driving licence
