My client is looking for a Property Consultant to join their team, you will be working in the Head Office supporting the branches. Proven telephone sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Duties:
- To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries
- Providing accurate property information
- Identifying all business opportunity
- To maintain and update the CRM system
- Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads
- Support marketing campaigns
- Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets
