A well-established independent estate agency based in Letchworth is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their friendly and professional lettings team. The Role
Working closely with the Property Manager and wider lettings team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a first point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Assisting with property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
• Preparing tenancy documentation and keeping records up to date
• Managing renewals and rent reviews
• Following up on outstanding maintenance and tenancy matters
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
• Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous administration, customer service, property or estate agency experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
• A proactive and professional approach
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Experience within lettings or property management would be advantageous, but candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
