What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister:
- Winning new instructions and listing residential properties
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Providing accurate valuations and presenting services to potential clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Achieving and exceeding instruction targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Representing the company professionally at all times

- Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
- Track record of instruction-winning success
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Presentable, articulate, and professional manner

- Local knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
