If you ve built your career from Site Engineer through to Section Engineer or Sub Agent and are now ready to step into a Site Agent position, this could be an excellent opportunity to take on greater responsibility across a strong pipeline of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
With a growing workload across Scotland, particularly within the West of Scotland, this is a chance to join an established team delivering a range of significant infrastructure schemes.
The RoleAs Site Agent, you ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.
You ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the required quality standards.

This is more than simply another Site Agent position. You ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work alongside experienced construction professionals and continue developing your career within a business with a strong pipeline of civil engineering work.
The current workload is particularly focused across the West of Scotland, including major infrastructure frameworks around Clydeport and Faslane, meaning regular overnight stays are not expected. There may be occasional travel and accommodation requirements depending on the project and programme.

You should have experience within civil engineering and infrastructure, ideally gained with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
You ll ideally have:
Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects up to approximately £10m would also be beneficial.
