This is a good opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys taking responsibility for a smaller residential scheme and wants to work with a business where quality and the successful delivery of the project matter.

The role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the residential development on site and ensuring the project is delivered effectively from a site-management perspective.

The company is specifically looking for someone with previous residential construction experience who is comfortable managing a development and taking ownership of the site.

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager
• Residential construction / housebuilding experience
• Experience managing residential developments on site
• Ability to work in Alton, Hampshire
• A practical, hands-on approach to site management
• Ability to take responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the development

The successful Site Manager will join the business for an upcoming residential scheme in Alton.

The salary on offer is 50,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
