Plumber Long-Term Contract
Location: Newmarket
Rate: £200 £220 per day
Contract: Long-term freelance
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join the team on a long-term contract basis.
The initial role will be based within a secured environment, working as part of a day-to-day reactive maintenance team. You must therefore be comfortable working in a secure environment and able to successfully complete the required security vetting.
The Role
You will be responsible for a range of reactive plumbing and maintenance tasks, including:
- Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Repairing and replacing taps, valves, toilets and other plumbing fixtures
- Carrying out general plumbing repairs and remedial works
- Basic water system maintenance
- Identifying leaks and carrying out repairs
- Using power tools safely and effectively

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Plumber
- CSCS card
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent plumbing qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport and tools
- Ability to operate power tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to pass strict background checks and security vetting
A current DBS would be advantageous. If you do not already hold one, assistance can be provided with obtaining this.
