We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner / Multi Trader to join an ongoing social housing maintenance contract in Barnsley.

The Role

You will be carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance work across social housing properties. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and have strong joinery and general maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner / Multi Trader
• Relevant NVQ qualification is essential
• Strong joinery and general maintenance skills
• Social housing experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Good standard of workmanship
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
• DBS check required - this will be completed and paid for by us before you start
