Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a respected Nottingham-based architectural practice, home to a talented team of 20+ professionals. Known for delivering high-quality, multi-sector projects, the studio is expanding due to increased demand in the Commercial sectors amongst others.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with 3 8+ years post-degree experience to contribute to a diverse portfolio that includes Defence, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, and Conservation. The practice is centrally located and offers flexible hybrid working, with the potential to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This opens the role to candidates based in Sheffield, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Leicester, Lincoln, and Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and support planning applications

• Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and liaise with external consultants

• Apply BIM Level 2 standards across projects using Revit software

• Contribute to the delivery of multi-sector architectural projects from concept to completion

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 3 8 years of experience in an architectural practice

• Strong proficiency in Revit (3+ years) and understanding of BIM workflows

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation

• Experience working on Defence, Commercial, or Public Sector projects is highly desirable
