TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting Site Managers to work for a leading Main Contractor operating across multiple projects in London raging from 10M to 60M They will deliver complex projects including RC, new structures/ alterations, basement construction, groundworks and temporary works. Our client have secured a number of projects starting in 2026 which is why they are increasing their management team and able to offer longevity Key responsibilities as Site Manager: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality. Supervise RC works , including foundations, slabs, walls, columns, beams, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pours. Manage basement construction , including excavation, retaining structures, waterproofing, and RC works. Coordinate structural alterations , including demolition, openings, strengthening, temporary propping, and connections to existing structures. Manage and coordinate temporary works , ensuring approved designs, inspections, installation, and removal are properly controlled. Supervise subcontractors, labour, plant, materials, and deliveries to maintain productivity and programme. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues. Ensure all works comply with RAMS, drawings, specifications, ITPs, health & safety, and quality requirements . Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on programme. Maintain site records, inspections, quality documentation, RFIs, defects, and progress reports, ensuring works are properly documented and closed out.
