Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification. Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office. Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives. Flexible with which projects you take. Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager: Experience working within banking/ retail fitout/ refurb.
