I am currently working in partnership with a key client who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a prestigious and highly interesting refurbishment project in Oxfordshire.
The project involves the sustainable retrofit and refurbishment of 20 bedrooms and associated office space within a renowned 1970s building of significant architectural importance.
Due to the nature of the building, this is far more than a standard refurbishment. The project requires a careful balance between modernising the building, significantly improving its energy performance and comfort, and preserving the character and existing fabric of the building.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor with a strong refurbishment background who enjoys working on complex, technically challenging and architecturally sensitive projects.

The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful day-to-day delivery of the refurbishment, working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
You will be responsible for helping to ensure that the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, whilst maintaining a strong focus on the sensitive nature of the existing building.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a live and complex refurbishment environment, coordinating multiple trades and dealing with the challenges that come with working on an architecturally significant building.
