Requirements - Proven Site Management experience within groundworks and civil engineering. - Strong civils/groundworks background with a practical understanding of construction activities. - Experience working on projects for, or directly alongside, Tier 1 contractors. - Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour and plant. - Strong understanding of construction health & safety requirements. - SMSTS - CSCS - First Aid - Excellent communication and organisational skills. - Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and RAMS. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
