As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance, completing multiple jobs per day, ensuring a best in class standard of customer service is provided to the residents and their homes in which you're working. You will predomintely be completing plumber work however you will also be required to complete basic carpentry, patch plastering & tiling. Qualifications/Experience Required: Proven experience as a Plumber Multi in social housing or similar environment. City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumber level 3 (desired) Knowledge of NHF Sors desirable Full, UK, Clean driving license, minimum of 3 Points Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert.
