Salary: 300 - 325 a day (DOE)
The Site Manager role
We're working with a contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on their development in North Oxfordshire. You'll be working on a fast-paced development and responsible for the safe working of the contractors staff. The project is a commercial development.
The right Site Manager will be
- Someone with experience working as a Site Manager on a project
- Someone who is IT literate and able to use various IT applications
- Excellent communication and interface skills
- Sound Commercial Acumen (including budget management and cost/waste control).
- SMSTS
- Management and control of site staff.
- Health & safety focussed
