We are currently looking for an experienced Telehandler Operative to join a busy new build residential construction site in Tamworth, B79. This is an immediate start opportunity for a reliable and experienced operator.

The successful Telehandler Operator will have previous experience working on new build residential sites and be confident operating a telehandler to move and distribute materials around the construction site safely and efficiently.

• Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site
• Moving and distributing building materials around the site
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Assisting trades and site teams with material movements
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Carrying out daily checks on the telehandler
• Supporting general site operations when required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

• Previous Telehandler experience on a construction site
• Experience working on new build residential developments
• Experience moving construction materials
• CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Relevant site experience
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to start immediately
