An established AJ100 architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to become part of its innovative and collaborative London studio. Renowned for delivering high quality projects across the residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, the practice combines strong design with technical excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technologist with excellent Revit skills to take on a leading technical role, contribute to complex projects, and support the successful delivery of well executed schemes from concept through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the technical delivery of medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
Produce and review detailed technical drawing packages across all relevant RIBA work stages
Develop accurate plans, sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings
Manage Building Regulations submissions and ensure projects comply with current legislation
Liaise closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate technical information effectively
Attend and chair site meetings while providing technical support throughout the construction phase
Mentor and assist junior team members, promoting high technical standards across projects
Required Skills & Experience
Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
CIAT membership, or actively working towards Chartered status, is desirable
Proven experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong Revit skills, with AutoCADknowledge considered an advantage
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and technical delivery
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with a collaborative, organised and proactive approach
