Port Talbot 12.94 per hour ( 19.41 per hour after 8 hours) 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Day Shift Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced CCNSG Labourers to join a well-established steelworks contractor in Port Talbot.

This is a long-term temporary to permanent opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates looking to build a career within an industrial environment. A valid CCNSG Safety Passport is required, although candidates who are able to obtain one may also be considered.

You'll work as part of a professional site team, supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• 12.94 per hour for the first 8 hours worked.
• 19.41 per hour for hours worked after 8 hours.
• Day shift working, typically 8am-4pm.
• Long-term work with potential for permanent employment.

• Carry out general labouring duties across the steelworks site.
• Support tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day activities.
• Assist with moving materials, equipment and tools as required.
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas.
• Follow site procedures and instructions at all times.
• Work safely in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Support other site duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a busy industrial environment.

• Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or ability to obtain one.
• Previous experience as a Labourer or within an industrial/steelworks environment is desirable.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Methodical, calm and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and site procedures.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
