Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Painters, Commercial Painters and Painters & Decorators to join a fast-track commercial refurbishment project in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople with commercial painting experience who can work independently, deliver high-quality finishes and meet project deadlines. Immediate starts are available.

• 23- 25 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Immediate start available.
• Work on an established commercial refurbishment project.
• Support from Acorn by Synergie's Construction team.

• Complete internal painting and decorating work, including walls and woodwork.
• Carry out putty repairs and prepare surfaces before painting.
• Apply paint and finishes accurately to achieve a high-quality result.
• Complete work efficiently and within agreed project timescales.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

• Previous experience as a Painter, Painter & Decorator or Commercial Painter.
• Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid CSCS card preferred.
• Full PPE, including hard hat, hi-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional approach.
