Commercial Plumber. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company, working across a variety of commercial sites throughout London.
This is a mobile, hands-on role covering the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.

The Role

As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out commercial plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance
• Completing first and second fix plumbing works
• Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing and mechanical system issues
• Testing and commissioning systems
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
• Completing job sheets, reports and relevant paperwork accurately
• Working independently across customer sites
• Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required
• Providing a professional service to customers at all times

What We're Looking For

You should have previous experience working as a Plumber within commercial environments and be confident carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
You will ideally have:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent
• Previous commercial plumbing experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with installation, maintenance and repairs
• Good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Ability to work independently as a mobile engineer
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

£40,000 - £60,000 OTE
