This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join a growing cost management team delivering high-profile projects across the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Due to continued growth and increasing demand for specialist MEP cost management expertise, we are seeking talented professionals from Cost Manager through to Senior Cost Manager level.

In this London-based role, you will support the successful delivery of MEP packages across a wide range of exciting projects. You will bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach to help deliver projects efficiently, collaboratively and to budget.

Responsibilities:

• Support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
• Carry out pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management duties.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget.
• Build, manage and develop strong client relationships.
• Support established commercial, procurement and contractual strategies.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in line with agreed processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• Chartered or professionally qualified, such as MRICS or equivalent, or working towards qualification.
• Experience supporting the delivery of MEP, mechanical or electrical packages across built environment projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work confidently with clients, contractors and wider project teams.
• Good understanding of cost planning, procurement, contract administration and project delivery processes.
• Client-focused, positive and collaborative, with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Proactive, professional and commercially minded, with a commitment to delivering excellent service and strong project outcomes.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and building trusted relationships.
• Motivated to keep learning, developing and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
