We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join an established construction business and take ownership of bids across a varied project portfolio.
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys the full bid process and wants to be part of a close-knit team where their contribution is noticed. You ll work with pre-construction, estimating, commercial and operational teams, with genuine scope to develop your experience and progress within the business.
The opportunityYou will manage bids from early opportunity through to submission, making sure the process is well planned, deadlines are met, and the final submission is commercially strong and client-focused.
What you ll do:
We re looking for someone who knows how a construction bid comes together and can keep people focused when there are multiple deadlines competing for attention.
