Salary: 45,000 - 50,000

Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of bespoke residential schemes across all RIBA stages from inception through to completion
Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to programme
Produce and develop high-quality design proposals, technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
Monitor project programmes, budgets, resources, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants while resolving technical and design challenges as they arise
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders throughout each commission
Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team where appropriate
Promote sustainable design principles and contribute to environmentally responsible project solutions
Skills & Experience
ARB-registered Architect with proven experience delivering projects within the UK
Demonstrable experience working on luxury private residential developments across multiple RIBA stages
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to coordinate and manage complex residential projects
Confident working alongside clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Vectorworks would be beneficial
Understanding of sustainable design principles, with Passivhaus knowledge or certification considered an advantage
Commercially aware with the ability to balance design quality, programme requirements, and project budgets
