Operations Coordinator - Property

An established and highly regarded estate agency based in Baker Street is looking for an experienced Business Operations professional to join their team.

This is a varied a role supporting the Director and wider sales team, combining traditional executive support with business operations and property administration.

This is a full-time position offering hybrid working with one day from home, alongside an excellent holiday allowance and a great benefits package.

The Role:

• Providing occasional PA support to the CEO
• Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
• Sales support for the negotiators
• Preparing Terms of Business, Sales Memorandums and other property documentation
• Managing property records, client information and sales progression using Reapit CRM
• Supporting day-to-day office and business operations
• Maintain office systems, processes and records
• Managing office supplies, facilities and general administrative requirements
• Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
• Coordinating company events, team meetings and social activities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an PA, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Administrator
• Estate agency/property experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of business operations and administration
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Experience using Reapit would be advantageous
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a successful and well-established business in a central London location, offering a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience, alongside an attractive benefits package.
