Tribuild is recruiting a Senior Design Manager for a prestigious 40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.

You'll take a leading role in managing the design process across a technically complex refurbishment, ensuring architectural, structural and building-services information is coordinated and delivered in line with the construction programme.

This position requires someone who can confidently manage consultants, specialist subcontractors and internal stakeholders while identifying design risks and driving solutions.

Experience delivering high-end commercial refurbishments, listed buildings or technically complex fit-out projects would be highly advantageous.

Salary: 80k- 95k, dependent on experience.
