Job Summary

Pyramid are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer for a site in Shenington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our site. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
