£70,000 - £75,000 + Remote + Progression + Management Training + Company Benefits

Are you a Mechanical & Electrical Planner or similar, seeking a truly autonomous role where you will have full power of when and where you work?

The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Planner ideally from a Building services background, commutable to and from Liverpool.

This role:

• Planning M&E Building Services works across projects /schemes
• Working with Mechanical And Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities
• Reviewing Drawings, specification and project requirements
• Monitoring progress against programme and updating schedules.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.

The Person:

• Commutable to Liverpool (Once every 2 weeks)
• Mechanical & Electrical Planning background
