  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and direct labour
  • Drive programme performance and maintain project momentum
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
  • Monitor quality standards and manage snagging through to completion
  • Liaise with residents, client representatives and the wider project team
  • Maintain site documentation, reports, permits and compliance records
  • Support resident engagement and minimise disruption throughout the works
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety, customer care and housekeeping at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain programme delivery
  • Confident communicating with residents, client teams and site stakeholders

Desirable

  • Social housing refurbishment experience
  • Experience delivering internal refurbishment programmes within occupied residential blocks
  • Experience of kitchen, bathroom, communal area or internal improvement works
  • Retrofit, remediation or fire safety project experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

What You'll Get

  • Stable pipeline with consistent workload
  • Opportunity to work on a significant residential regeneration scheme
  • Supportive project team and established contractor
  • Potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the initial programme
