Are you an Electrical or Electronic Engineer looking for a role that combines hands-on engineering, site work and the opportunity to work on specialist products?
I'm working with an established manufacturer who is looking for a Site Services Engineer to join their growing team. You'll be working directly with the company's own in-house manufactured products, carrying out maintenance, commissioning and snagging across customer sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys variety, doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk and wants to develop specialist product knowledge with a company that genuinely invests in its people.
What's in it for you?

  • 38,000 - 45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • Door-to-door travel pay
  • Overtime available
  • Staying away bonus
  • Company van with personal use
  • Full training provided on the company's specialist products
  • Ongoing technical development and career progression
  • Varied site-based role with plenty of autonomy

The Role
As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out maintenance on the company's in-house manufactured products
  • Commissioning equipment on customer sites
  • Completing snagging and remedial works
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where required
  • Working closely with customers and site teams to ensure equipment is operating correctly
  • Travelling to sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays (staying away bonus)
  • Completing service documentation and reporting back to the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations or Electronic Engineering
  • Previous experience in a site-based engineering, electrical or electronic role
  • Strong practical and fault-finding skills
  • Comfortable working independently on customer sites
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to travel and stay away when required
  • Professional and customer-focused approach

If you're looking for a hands-on engineering role with excellent earning potential, specialist training and the chance to build a long-term career with an established manufacturer, I'd love to hear from you.
