Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced
Groundworkers / Plant Operatives to join a long-term project with opportunities available across Fife and Alloa
We are looking for reliable, experienced operatives with relevant site competencies to join the team.
The Role
- Groundworks and general civils duties on site
- Operating plant where appropriately qualified
- Supporting the wider site team and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Working Monday to Friday no weekend work
Essential Requirements
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS Card or equivalent certification, such as CPCS or NPORS
- Experience working within a civil engineering / groundworks environment
Plant Competencies Required Within the Squad
- Dumper
- Roller
- Plant Vehicle Marshall (PVM)
You do not need to hold all of the above the requirement is for these competencies to be covered across the squad.
Desirable Training / Authorisations
- Scottish Power (SP) authorisations / COMP
- CAT & Generator
- HSG47
- Excavation Marshall
Please note: SP authorisations are not essential, although candidates holding these would be highly advantageous.
Working Hours
Monday Thursday: 07 30
Friday: 07 00
Weekends: No work
Start Date
Monday 24th August 2026, or sooner.
There is also work available at Alloa from Wednesday 19th August for suitable candidates.
