Site Agent - Southampton - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for a Freelance Site Agent to join a potential highways infrastructure project in Southampton, with a proposed start date of mid-September for approximately 6 months.

The scheme is valued at around 6m and will involve a range of highways and civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, utilities/services, surfacing, street lighting and associated infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in delivering similar highways schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Previous experience managing highways infrastructure projects of a similar scale is essential.
