Freelance Site Manager
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a 10 million project.
We need someone who is hands-on, organised and able to manage their own time, with a strong joinery background and excellent attention to detail.
Key Requirements
- Proven Site Management experience on large projects.
- Strong joinery/carpentry background.
- Hands-on approach with good practical knowledge.
- Experienced in snagging, finishing and handovers.
- Able to manage subcontractors and keep works progressing.
- Self-motivated and confident working independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS qualified.
- First Aid qualified.
