Salary: 28,000 p/a starting salary
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 Hours per Week)
Location: Huddersfield
Contract Type: Permanent
Office Based - Potential hybrid working following successful completion of training and probation

Stafflex are looking for a Search Agent to join a small, friendly team within an established property services business.

The role involves carrying out property searches, gathering information from relevant sources and producing accurate reports for clients. You'll need to be highly organised, comfortable working independently and have a strong eye for detail.

Knowledge or experience within property, conveyancing or the legal sector is heavily preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out property searches and gathering relevant information
• Producing accurate reports within required timescales
• Managing your own workload and keeping track of ongoing searches
• Liaising with relevant organisations and departments to obtain information
• Responding to client queries professionally and promptly
• Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures
• Highlighting any delays or issues that could affect turnaround times
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure searches are completed efficiently

The Team & Progression

You'll be joining a small office environment, working alongside other Search Agents as part of a wider team covering Search, Accounts and Administration.

There may be opportunities for progression as the business grows, although this will depend on business requirements and future workload.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle as travel to local authorities may be required
• Strong administrative and organisational experience
