Construction Manager

Construction Manager with facades experience needed in Stevenage for a start in the next 2 weeks paying 270 per day

They will need to be familiar with fa ade concepts and record keeping for the golden thread, the project is on occupied residential units and is 4 or 5 blocks.

They will need SMSTS, CSCS and first aid as well as previous experience in a similar project.

The work is for 12 months and working hours will be 7-4 or 7:30-4:30 still to be confirmed.

Pay is 270 per day and there is availability for an immediate start or any date in the next 2 weeks.
