At Oakwrights, we're looking for a Team Leader / Joinery Fitter to join our growing site installation teams across the United Kingdom.

The Role

As our Joinery Team Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality joinery and construction work while supporting and developing your team on site.

You'll work independently with confidence, following Oakwrights' proven construction methods and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Additional overtime and training opportunities may be available as required.

As our Joinery Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Joinery & Site Installation and Carrying out joinery work to Oakwrights' exacting standards
• Leading and supporting team members on site and undertaking a variety of carpentry and joinery tasks, including:
• 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery and Refurbishment Joinery
• Fascia, Soffit & Gutter Renewals
• Windows & Doors Installation
• Sub-floor Renewals and Partitioning
• Roof Timbers & Joists and Enabling and Re-enabling Works
• Planning and prioritising daily workloads and Managing paperwork and job records accurately
• Ensuring timesheets and work orders are completed promptly
• Maintaining tools, equipment and company assets
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and routine checks where applicable
• Communicating professionally with customers and clients
