Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in housing / contracting?
We are working with a well-established client, looking to bolster their operational team and recruit an experienced Site Manager. The project will consist of high-quality, traditional homes in a desirable North Cornwall location.
The Role:
- Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track
- Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams
- Always ensuring health & safety compliance
- Maintaining build quality and achieving customer satisfaction
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager and liaising with technical and commercial teams
About You:
- Proven experience managing housing developments
- Background working with housing / contracting
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified as a minimum
