Junior Technical Services Manager - Commercial Fit Out London / City Based £40,000 - £60,000 DOE Major Commercial Fit Out Project Permanent We're working with a growing London fit-out contractor who is looking to bring a Junior Technical Services Manager into the business. This is a really good opportunity for someone who has built their experience within mechanical or MEP services and is now looking to make the move into a Technical Services Manager role. You don't necessarily need to already be a TSM. We'd be keen to speak with people currently working as a Mechanical Engineer, MEP Engineer, M&E Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or Subcontractor Site Manager who have strong technical knowledge and want the opportunity to step up and develop on the main contractor side. The role You'll initially be based on a high-profile commercial fit-out project for a major international banking client in the City of London, which is due to start on site within the next 3-4 weeks. Working alongside an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager and the wider project team, you'll get exposure to the full technical delivery of the scheme and be given the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded TSM. The role will involve: Supporting the management and coordination of MEP packages from design through to delivery Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and the internal project team Reviewing drawings, technical information and design changes Understanding programme, cost and commercial implications of technical decisions Managing and coordinating specialist M&E subcontractors on site Identifying technical issues early and helping drive solutions Supporting commissioning, testing and project handover Ensuring services are delivered in line with the design, programme and quality expectations Who we're looking for Ideally, you'll come from a mechanically biased background, with experience gained within an M&E subcontractor, specialist contractor, consultancy or main contracting environment. We're particularly interested in someone who understands the practical delivery of building services but also wants to develop their knowledge around design, cost, coordination and the wider commercial side of a project. You might already be working within technical services, or you could be an Engineer / Site Manager who feels ready for that next step. Commercial office fit-out experience would be a big advantage, but we're equally interested in the right person with strong MEP fundamentals and the attitude to learn. Why consider it? This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a huge corporate structure. You'll be joining a growing, ambitious London contractor with an experienced senior team, a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out work and a genuinely hands-on approach to delivering projects. The business has the capability and experience you'd expect from a much larger contractor, but still has the feel of a close-knit team where people are visible, trusted and given the opportunity to progress. For someone looking to make the move into Technical Services Management, it's a chance to learn directly from an experienced Senior TSM, work on a major City project and build a long-term career within a business that's continuing to grow. If you're currently working within mechanical / MEP services and have been thinking about moving into a TSM position, I'd be really keen to have a confidential conversation.

Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out City of London Up to £90,000 + Package DOE Fast-Track Commercial Fit Out Projects up to £3m Permanent We're working with a growing London fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering fast-track commercial fit-out projects across the City. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious PM who wants more than simply being handed a project and asked to deliver it. You'll have involvement right from tender stage, helping shape how projects are going to be delivered, building programmes, contributing to pitches and presentations and ultimately taking ownership of the project through to successful completion. The role You'll be responsible for delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out projects typically valued up to £3m, predominantly across the City of London. Projects can move quickly, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal team moving in the same direction. Your role will include: Taking projects from tender / pre-construction through to completion and handover Reviewing tender packs and understanding the full scope of works Producing and developing construction programmes Contributing to tender submissions and project delivery strategies Attending client pitches and presentations and confidently presenting how you intend to deliver the scheme Managing fast-track fit-out programmes from site Managing subcontractors and coordinating the wider project team Working closely with commercial, design and technical teams Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships throughout the project Managing programme, quality, health & safety and overall project delivery Identifying potential issues early and driving solutions Taking genuine ownership and accountability for your projects Who we're looking for You'll already have experience delivering commercial fit-out / refurbishment projects, ideally within the London market. We're looking for someone who is technically strong on site but is equally comfortable sitting in front of a client, pitching a project and representing the business professionally. You should understand what goes into a project well before it reaches site; taking a tender pack, working through the information, creating a realistic programme and being able to confidently explain and present your delivery strategy. This could suit an established Project Manager or someone who has progressed quickly through the industry and is now looking for a business where they can take on greater responsibility and continue developing. Why consider it? You'll be joining a growing, ambitious London fit-out contractor with an experienced senior team and a strong pipeline of commercial work. They're not looking for someone to simply sit on site and manage what's put in front of them. They want a PM who can become involved early, build relationships with clients and consultants and have genuine ownership of their projects. It's a hands-on environment where good people are trusted to get on with the job, but you'll still have the support of an experienced team around you. For someone who enjoys the pace of London commercial fit-out and wants to become an important part of a growing contractor rather than another number within a huge business, there's a really good opportunity here. If you're delivering commercial fit-out projects in London and looking for a role where you can have more involvement from tender and pitch right the way through to handover, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation.
