This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong understanding of residential design and technical delivery who can take projects from the planning design stage through detailed technical information and into construction. The successful candidate will work closely with the Planning, Land, Commercial, Construction and Sales teams, as well as external architects, engineers and consultants, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, commercially sensible and buildable on site. CIAT registration or an equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in detailed design and technical delivery. Strong Revit experience. Knowledge of BIM Level 2 would be advantageous. Good working knowledge of NBS and relevant construction standards. A thorough understanding of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. The ability to solve technical problems and develop buildable solutions. Confidence coordinating information and managing design changes. A proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach.
