Role & Responsibilities (Construction Manager):

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the washroom fit out package, ensuring installation works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate specialist washroom subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, ensuring materials, labour and sequencing are effectively managed to maintain programme.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, MEP contractors and client representatives to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless integration with surrounding trades.
  • Monitor installation progress, quality and programme performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise delays and maintain project milestones.
  • Carry out regular inspections of washroom installations, ensuring finishes, fixtures and fittings are delivered in line with specifications, drawings and client expectations.
  • Promote the highest standards of health & safety, quality assurance and housekeeping across the washroom package, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations.


Salary:

Up to 65,000 + Package
