Location: NZT Project, Teesside
Duration: 4 Weeks Initially (Potential for Extension)
Pay Type: PAYE/Umbrella
Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Overview We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker for work on the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) Project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major infrastructure project, with an initial contract duration of 4 weeks and the potential for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out all aspects of groundworks on a large-scale construction project.
  • Excavation, drainage, ducting, concreting, and kerbing works.
  • Installation of foundations and associated groundwork activities.
  • Assisting plant operators and working alongside site teams.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to specification.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Groundworker on construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong awareness of site health and safety requirements.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude to work.
Desirable
  • CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets.
  • Confined Space, Cat & Genny, or other relevant site certifications.
  • Experience working on major infrastructure or industrial projects.
