Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Wrexham. Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately 250,000 to 15 million.

Senior Architectural Technologist - Overview

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately 250k to 15 million.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Senior Architectural Technologist - Requirements

• Experience independently running projects.
• Several years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
