Carpenter Multi Trade

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Spalding. This is an initial three-month contract with the potential to be extended.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out responsive repairs
• Completing first and second-fix carpentry
• Undertaking basic plumbing repairs
• Completing minor patch plastering and tiling
• Working in occupied social housing properties

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs
• Carpentry and multi-trade experience
• Their own van and tools
• A full UK driving licence

The Carpenter Multi Trade role offers:

• 23 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Initial 3-month contract
• Potential for a long-term extension
• Consistent workload
