Carpenter Multi Trade

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs
• Completing first and second-fix carpentry
• Undertaking minor plumbing repairs
• Completing patch plastering and patch tiling
• Working in occupied social housing properties

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs
• A recognised Carpentry qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Carpentry and multi-trade experience
• A full UK driving licence

The Carpenter Multi Trade role offers:

• 21 per hour through the agency
• Company van and fuel card from day one
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Permanent salary of 31,000
• Call-out rota increasing earnings to around 38,000 per year
• Weekly pay
