2x CSCS Demolition Labourers

Clearfield Recruitment are looking for 2x CSCS Demolition Labourers to join our team on an active resi site in Epsom starting on Thursday 6th August.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out soft stripping of buildings (removing non-structural elements like fixtures, fittings, and partitions).

• Assisting with structural demolition work using hand tools.

• Clearing rubble, sorting waste, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work site.

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

• Previous experience in using Kango drill

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.

• Previous experience in demolition, construction and general labouring.

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
